Procrastination obstacle:
Everyday we tell ourselves that we need to lose weight, but don’t do anything about it. Towards the end of the year, we even make New Year resolutions to lose weight, but don’t. My question now is; are you one of them. Some try to convince themselves that they do not need to shed some weight, when in actuality they do.

It is important to slim down if you are overweight
Take note that there are many diseases which you can acquire once you are overweight, so do not take your health for granted. People who are overweight actually have increased risk of acquiring hypertension
, heart disease, as well as other illnesses. So once you lose that unnecessary weight you will be able to reduce your risks.
